2010 Tom Sheridan Scholarship Winners

The winners shown left to right are Trysha Henige of New Lothrop - $2,000, Samantha Allred of Flushing - $2,000, Samual Spencer of Owosso - $2,000, Tasha Brady of Vernon - $2,000 and Alexandra French of Gaines - $2,000. Applicants were required to be members of the credit union and submit an essay about the differences between Credit Unions and Banks. Tom Sheridan was a retired teacher from Corunna High School and also farmed in Shiawassee county. He was on the credit union board of directors for 20 years and was a past board chairman. SageLink Credit Union honors his years of service to the credit union and his community involvement with this scholarship.
2009 Scholarship Winners

The winners were Christopher Cannon of Swartz Creek - $1,000, Samuel Spencer of Owosso - $2,000, Keegan Cisowski of Corunna - $2,000 and Garrett Casner of Durand - $5,000. Applicants were required to be members of the credit union and submit an essay about their vision of credit union services in the year 2020.
